Kellie & Shannon <3

Okay y’all, these guys are getting married in April. I don’t normally do blog posts this soon after taking the actual photos… (and I also have not done a blog post in like a year, but we aren’t going to talk about that) I just can’t help myself.

These guys took Jonathan and I to the spot where they got engaged last weekend for some engagement photos. Here are the results. Hopefully you can look at these and see the love and friendship they share. Its kind of awesome.

A big thank you to my sweet husband who goes on these adventures with me and helps me get shots like these two ^. I was struggling with getting the exposure right on these and he was able to expose for the sky and get these great silhouette shots. 🙂

I hate that we are going to miss your wedding, but you two are going to have such a magical day.

Foggy Atlanta Christmas

I don’t know about you, but my Christmas morning was full of fog! (And, I hate to be the one to admit it, but I kind of liked it!)

It was such bizarre weather for us – not that Atlanta has consistent weather, ever… but fog usually does not come into the equation.

We live on top of a mini-mountain and at some points you can make out Atlanta through the trees. Not this day! It felt like we were in San Francisco, making our climb up to Jonathan’s grandparent’s house.

These shots are from the drive through the city. I should’ve taken pictures on the main road of our mini-mountain, but I was just in too much awe.

I got a little zesty and added a bit of film grain to these photos just to make the fog pop a little bit more, and this day in general just looked like it had a filter over it all day.

What did your Christmas look like?
